If you're not satisfied with your purchase you may exchange it for another item within 30 days of the purchase date. Buyer is granted full return on products that are received damaged or defective within 30 days of purchase date. Used or damaged items are subject to a possible $25 re-stocking fee after inspection. Western Lineman customer service will notify you of your refund via e-mail after we've received and processed the returned item.
